Windows 10 EOL

Windows 10 is reaching end of life (EOL) on October 14th, 2025. If your computer is still running Windows 10 and you can't upgrade to Windows 11, you’ll need to pay Microsoft to continue receiving security updates, or you'll need to buy a new computer that supports Windows 11. Alternatively, you could switch to Linux. Linux supports many of the same applications and there are Linux distros as easy to use as Windows, with a small learning curve.
